Mr. Polina Ramakrishna, fondly known to all as RK, is a second generation entrepreneur widely respected among his contemporaries and especially in the field of Animation and Multimedia as a visionary and a technocrat as having a penchant to be better than the best in implementing quality training in various areas of Multimedia like Animation, VFX, Gaming and Film Making as well as creative production.

He has over 8 years of experience in the highly creative Animation and Multimedia industry and is regarded as one of the pioneers of Multimedia education in India. His brainchild, IACG, is the first and only academy in the entire country to offer both Bachelors and Master Degrees in Multimedia technology through the NAAC 'A' certified Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH). 

Having completed his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mr. Ramakrishna also holds a Masters Degree in Management. He is actively involved in all aspects of the academy, be it finance, operations, business development, academics, Multimedia course designing and institutional expansion. As a technocrat, he has handled various Multimedia projects in Defence, Advertising, Media and the Film industries.
 
Mr. Ramakrishna has received various awards and recognitions like the Honorary Invitation from the British Council for “Young Creative Entrepreneurs Award”, IEDRA “Indian Achievers Award of Education Excellence” to name a few. RK is a leading member of “NAGFO” (NASSCOM Animation and Gaming Forum), he was also highly active in forming “BAGS”, (Board of Animation and Gaming Standards), as well as an active representative of ASIFA India, Hyderabad. He was the Indian Representative for CG OVERDRIVE and SIGGGRAPH ASIA 2008, Singapore and is the Hyderabad Bureau Chief & Technical Editor for Animation Express, a dynamic web portal on all aspects of Multimedia.
